Azure Hits $100 Billion as Microsoft Surges to New Heights
Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) delivered fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $90.01 billion, beating the consensus estimate of $87.62 billion.
Azure crossed the $100 billion annual revenue milestone for the first time, with a growth rate of 43% in the quarter and 41% for fiscal 2026.
Copilot, Microsoft's AI-powered productivity tool, surged to 30 million paid seats, more than doubling net adds from the prior quarter.
Despite this success, Microsoft's capital expenditures reached $41 billion in the fourth quarter, a 69% increase year-over-year, while free cash flow declined 23%.
