Bandwidth Bolsters Collaboration with Salesforce for Global Contact Center Rollout
Bandwidth Inc., a global cloud communications company, is expanding its collaboration with Salesforce to support the global rollout of Salesforce's native Contact Center. This expanded partnership will extend availability to over 25 countries across Europe, Australia, and New Zealand by this fall, with additional markets to follow.
The companies have been working together since March when Salesforce launched its AI-powered, CRM-native contact center in North America. Bandwidth is the first certified carrier to support this rollout, providing enterprises with trusted communications infrastructure that can scale with AI-driven customer engagement across international markets.
Through a bring-your-own-carrier (BYOC) model with Maestro, Bandwidth's platform for intelligent, global communications orchestration, businesses will be able to connect to Salesforce's native Contact Center. This integration is designed to accelerate global availability and deliver a consistent deployment experience, equipping enterprises with the granular control, real-time observability, and infrastructure depth required to orchestrate next-generation, AI-driven customer engagement on a global scale.
