Salesforce has announced plans to expand its native Contact Center service to more than 25 countries, including Europe, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. To support this rollout, Bandwidth will provide connectivity as a certified carrier for Salesforce's AI-powered Contact Center.

The expansion is set to begin this fall, with additional markets planned in the future. Businesses will be able to connect via a bring-your-own-carrier (BYOC) model using Maestro, Bandwidth's platform for intelligent global communications orchestration.

This integration aims to give enterprises granular control, real-time observability, and infrastructure depth for AI-driven customer engagement on a global scale. The partnership also includes high-touch migration support from Bandwidth.
