Barclays Sticks to Hold Rating for Procter & Gamble Amid Negative Insider Sentiment
Barclays analyst Lauren Lieberman maintained a Hold rating on Procter & Gamble (PG) and set a price target of $152.00. This decision comes after examining the company's latest earnings release for the quarter ending June 30, which reported quarterly revenue of $21.2 billion and a net profit of $3 billion. In comparison, last year the company earned a revenue of $20.89 billion and had a net profit of $3.62 billion.
According to TipRanks, Lieberman has an average return of 4.2% and a 57.52% success rate on recommended stocks. The analyst focuses on Consumer Defensive sector stocks such as PepsiCo, Church & Dwight, and Colgate-Palmolive. A separate Hold rating with a $150.00 price target was also maintained by TD Cowen in a report released on September 3.
