A physical battery incident was reported at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park on September 1. The Orange County Sheriff's Office received a call at 12:47 p.m., describing the incident as 'Battery (Unwanted Touching or Striking Someone)' at Restaurantosaurus Road, near the former DinoLand U.S.A. area.
According to scanner monitoring account @WDWActiveCrime, the call was logged under a generalized address rather than a precise location, leaving some ambiguity about exactly where the incident occurred.
The Walt Disney World Resort and Orange County Sheriff's Office have not commented on the incident yet, but guests planning a trip to the resort shouldn't expect any impact on park operations.
