Bell & Brown Adds Chevron to Portfolio

Bell & Brown Wealth Advisors LLC has added Chevron Corporation to its portfolio. The firm purchased 30,707 shares in the second quarter, valued at around $5 million.

This represents 1.5% of Bell & Brown's holdings and makes Chevron their 25th biggest position. The purchase is part of a larger trend, as several other institutional investors have also added to or reduced their stakes in CVX this quarter.

Other notable purchases include Midwest Capital Advisors LLC, which bought a new stake in shares of Chevron in the first quarter valued at $25,000, and Karpus Management Inc., which purchased a new stake in Chevron in the 4th quarter worth about $27,000.
