Bend Bioscience Names Pavlos Pavlidis President and Sandeep Patel CFO
Bend Bioscience has strengthened its leadership team by appointing Pavlos Pavlidis as President and Sandeep Patel as Chief Financial Officer.
Pavlidis joined Bend Bioscience on June 15, bringing more than two decades of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, healthcare operations, and commercial growth. He previously held senior leadership positions at companies like Medix Infusion, McKesson, AppianRx, UnitedHealth Group, and Biogen.
Patel, who joined the company in July, has over 20 years of investment banking and CFO experience across various industries, including healthcare, pharmaceutical services, manufacturing, and technology-enabled businesses. As President, Pavlidis will oversee operations and execution across Bend Bioscience's integrated network of development and manufacturing facilities.
Patel will lead the financial organization and support strategic investments and operating initiatives as Bend expands its position as a small molecule Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO).
