Berkshire Hathaway's Q2 Portfolio Shifts Under New Leadership
Berkshire Hathaway's second-quarter 13F report revealed significant changes in its investment portfolio under new leader Greg Abel.
The company increased its stake in Alphabet, the parent company of Google, by nearly $37.8 billion, making it its third-largest holding after Apple and American Express.
Berkshire also boosted its investments in Delta Air Lines, Lennar Corporation Class A shares, Macy's, and The New York Times, while slightly increasing its stake in The New York Times.
On the other hand, Bank of America saw a reduction of approximately 30.20 million shares, marking Berkshire's largest decrease during the quarter, although it still holds 483 million shares with a market value of around $27.54 billion.
