Bethpage School District Earns Prestigious Google Partnership Again
Bethpage School District has earned recognition as a Google for Education Reference District for the second time, solidifying its commitment to integrating technology into teaching and learning.
The district was the first on Long Island to receive this designation, which acknowledges its innovative use of Google tools like Google Workspace for Education and Chromebooks.
Since then, Bethpage has continued to expand the role of technology in the classroom, providing students and staff with access to collaborative, creative, and real-world learning tools.
To retain its status, the district submitted a case study demonstrating ongoing use of Google tools, led by John F. Kennedy Middle School computer literacy teacher Shannon Tedesco.
As part of the program, Bethpage will participate in beta testing new tools and provide direct feedback to Google on emerging features and products.
