Billy Bob's Diner: A Taste of America in Rural England

Mandy and Gary Rogers' American diner, Billy Bob's, has become a popular destination for families in the North West of England. The Myerscough site is one of two locations, with the first opening in Skipton in 2013.

The venue features a full-size Coca-Cola Freightliner truck that has been transformed into a dining area, where guests can eat inside specially created booths. This was inspired by the Rogers' own family vacations to small towns and roadside diners across the USA.

Billy Bob's offers American-style food, an ice cream parlour, play areas for children, and seasonal events. The menu includes burgers, hot dogs, ribs, and loaded dishes, alongside American breakfasts and lighter options. Food is prepared in-house, with pulled pork smoked for 12 hours.
