Bing Tests Larger Images in Sponsored Results

Microsoft Advertising is experimenting with displaying larger images in Bing's sponsored results. This new format takes up more space on search pages, showing full-block size images that dominate the search engine results page (SERP).

The test, spotted by Sachin Patel on X, appears to be limited to mobile searches.

For comparison, a screenshot shows how the ad looks with and without an image. When images are displayed, they take up more space than standard text ads.
