Bing Traffic Saves Gutter Website $920 After Google Rankings Collapse
A US pay-per-call affiliate network called Lead Smart Inc has published a case study showing that a gutters website earned $920.01 in revenue from Bing organic search traffic alone during July 2026, despite losing almost all of its Google search traffic.
The site, which serves the gutters vertical and uses a nationwide script to generate one page per US city, received 331 clicks from Bing at an average position of 3.23 percent click-through rate. This generated 211 phone calls, with 37 converted into billable leads, earning the business $50 per lead on installation and replacement search terms.
According to Mohsin Momin, affiliate publisher for Lead Smart Inc, the site's success can be attributed to Bing indexing more slowly than Google, allowing for patience in waiting for new sites to be crawled. He also emphasized the importance of page speed, stating that a slow site will not produce phone calls even if it earns clicks.
Lead Smart Inc founder Matthew Zivkovic noted that publishers often write off sites when Google drops them, throwing away revenue. He pointed out that the non-Google index is less contested and in pay-per-call, only whether the visitor picks up the phone matters.
