According to the company's latest Form 13F filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission, BlackRock purchased 22.78 million shares of Honeywell Aerospace stock in the second quarter, valued at approximately $5.1 billion.
This acquisition makes BlackRock the largest shareholder of Honeywell Aerospace, owning around 7.19% of the company's outstanding shares. Other institutional investors have also increased their stakes in Honeywell Aerospace during the same period, including Bell Investment Advisors Inc., Trifecta Capital Advisors LLC, and J.Safra Asset Management Corp.
Honeywell Aerospace has a market capitalization of $50.95 billion and a P/E ratio of 85.97. The company's stock price has fluctuated between $150.03 and $297.50 over the past year, with an average price target of $224.17 set by analysts.
