BLS International Services (BLS) shares plummeted by 13% to ₹236.85 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) during intra-day trading on Monday, amidst heavy volumes.

The stock is nearing its 52-week low of ₹218.45, which it touched on March 23, 2026.

BLS International rejected allegations of involvement in Visa irregularities and stated that all decisions related to visa processing and issuance rest with the relevant diplomatic and consular authorities.

Despite this setback, the company's Q1 results showed a 21.6% revenue growth and 21.5% increase in EBITDA in its Visa & Consular Services business, driven by strong operating leverage and process efficiencies.
