BMO Capital Markets has initiated coverage on Nike Inc (NYSE:NKE) with an underperform rating and set a price target of $30.

The stock currently trades at $38.11, down 46.5% over the past year and near its 52-week low of $37.95.

BMO Capital expects slowing lifestyle demand, a China distribution reset, and structurally lower margins to delay Nike's full recovery.
