Boeing Attracts New Investor Amid Defense Agreements and Portfolio Shakeups
Pacific Sage Partners LLC invested $1.86 million in The Boeing Company (NYSE:BA) during the second quarter, purchasing approximately 8,607 shares of stock.
This is not an isolated event; several other hedge funds have recently modified their holdings of Boeing's stock, including Measured Wealth Private Client Group, Strive Financial Group, and CrossGen Wealth LLC, which all acquired new stakes in the company during the fourth quarter.
The Pentagon has signed framework agreements with Boeing to increase production of components for SM-3 Block IIA and Block IB interceptor missiles, a move that could provide greater visibility for Boeing's defense business and support incremental revenue.
Additionally, Boeing is selling Wisk Aero, Insitu, and SkyGrid to Archer Aviation in an all-stock transaction that gives Boeing an approximately 20% stake in the company.
