Boeing Attracts New Investor as Defense Contract Ceiling Reaches $131 Billion

Kingsview Wealth Management LLC recently invested in The Boeing Company (NYSE:BA), purchasing 25,275 shares valued at approximately $5.47 million during the second quarter.

This is not an isolated instance; other large investors have also adjusted their holdings of the company. For example, Newport Trust Company LLC increased its stake in Boeing by 1% in the fourth quarter, bringing its total to 29,485,294 shares valued at $6.40 billion.

The Pentagon recently awarded Boeing a sole-source F-15 sustainment contract with a potential ceiling of roughly $131.2 billion through 2037. This significant contract will bolster Boeing's defense backlog, but only a smaller portion has been obligated so far, limiting the immediate financial impact.
