Boeing Bolsters Liquidity with $3B Credit Facility
Aerospace giant Boeing has secured a $3.0 billion revolving credit facility to bolster its liquidity and maintain financial flexibility.
The new 364-day agreement, arranged by Citibank and JPMorgan Chase, replaces the previous facility of the same size that was set to expire on August 24, 2026.
The new agreement will terminate on August 23, 2027, with options for Boeing to convert outstanding borrowings into term loans or request an extension for an additional 364 days.
In addition to the new credit facility, Boeing has amended its existing five-year revolving credit agreements, extending their terms by an additional 365 days and introducing a new liquidity covenant requiring Boeing to maintain at least $5.0 billion in liquidity.
