Boeing Gains New Investor as Large Investors Increase Stakes
DMKC Advisory Services LLC has made a new investment in The Boeing Company (NYSE:BA). According to its most recent filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission, the fund acquired 16,170 shares of Boeing's stock, valued at approximately $3.5 million.
This is not an isolated event; several large investors have increased their stakes in Boeing recently. Vanguard Group Inc., for instance, grew its stake by 5.1% during the fourth quarter and now owns a significant portion of Boeing's shares.
The recent earnings miss attributed to a $280 million charge tied to fixed-price defense work has raised concerns about cost overruns. However, investors appear to be focusing more on commercial demand and MAX progress.
