Boeing India Announces Winners of University Innovation Leadership Development Programme

Boeing India announced seven teams of university students and early-stage start-up entrepreneurs as winners of its University Innovation Leadership Development (BUILD) programme for 2026. The winning teams, including Aerosearch Technologies, Alkamy Carbon, DIASOL Pvt. Ltd., EarthSprint Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Oreejoy MedTech Pvt. Ltd, StelX Dynamics, and SWRN Systems Pvt. Ltd., will receive a grant of INR 10 lakh to support the development of their ideas.

The BUILD programme, now in its fifth edition, has received over 7,000 applications since its inception and supported more than 35 startups across various sectors, including aerospace and defence, technology, sustainability, and social impact. The programme has also expanded its engagement with India's wider innovation ecosystem, bringing investors and venture capitalists into the conversation with participating startups.

Boeing's president for India and South Asia, Salil Gupte, said that the BUILD programme has helped bring together various groups in the startup ecosystem, creating pathways for promising ideas to move beyond competition and toward real-world opportunities. He congratulated this year's winners and participants, thanking the incubator partners who have been part of the programme's growth journey.
