Boeing has secured a massive contract from the US Air Force worth up to $131.23 billion for the production and modernization of F-15 fighter jets. The framework contract allows for aircraft production, systems integration, upgrades, retrofits, sustainment, and depot maintenance capabilities.

The agreement also includes research, development, testing, and evaluation funding of $343.7 thousand. Work is expected to be completed by August 2037, with individual orders to be placed by August 2031 or extended until 2036.

The F-15 Eagle program will supply aircraft to the US Air Force, Air National Guard, and other military customers, as well as foreign military sales to Japan, Israel, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, and Poland. The F-15E Strike Eagle version is designed for both air combat and ground attack, while the newest F-15EX Eagle II complements fifth-generation aircraft in the US tactical fighter fleet.
