Boeing has secured a significant US Navy contract worth $241.3 million to repair and maintain various flight control surfaces for military aircraft.

The work will be carried out primarily in Jacksonville, Florida, accounting for 83% of the contract value, with the remaining 17% completed in St Louis, Missouri.

Under a master procurement agreement signed in 2022, Boeing was the sole supplier invited to fulfill this requirement and submitted the only proposal received.

The US Navy's Systems Logistics Support Command in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania will oversee contract management.
