Boeing Lands Lucrative Army Contract Modification for Apache Component Support
Boeing has secured a significant contract modification from the US Army to provide performance-based logistics support for Apache helicopter airframe components. The $636.1 million award raises the total face value of the contract to $1.13 billion, with Boeing set to perform work in Mesa, Arizona, and complete it by April 30, 2029.
The modification covers depot-level repair of complex components, system component support, and supplies for unique consumable items. Additionally, Boeing will provide test equipment support, supply and retrograde transmission infrastructure, obsolescence management, and supply chain management.
This award is part of Boeing's broader portfolio of military aircraft sustainment work, with the company also receiving a $900 million Air Force contract in March to provide life-cycle avionics sustainment and support for the T-38C Talon trainer aircraft. The Army obligated $506.3 million in fiscal 2026 working capital funds at the time of the award.
