A federal lawsuit has been filed against Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and Caterpillar for allegedly supporting Israel's military in its conflict with Hezbollah in Lebanon.

The lawsuit claims that these companies have provided military equipment and weapons to Israel despite knowing or should have known that they would be used in a manner involving an unreasonable risk of harm.

The plaintiffs, including the Arab American Civil Rights League and several US citizens who claim their property was destroyed by the Israeli military in Lebanon, are seeking relief under the Leahy Law.

The Leahy Law prohibits the US government from providing foreign military units accused of committing human rights violations with weapons and equipment.
