Boeing Must Face Additional Depositions in Moon Exploration IP Dispute
A Washington federal magistrate judge has partially granted a Colorado aerospace company's request for more depositions in an intellectual property dispute against Boeing over technology used in NASA's moon program.
The suit was filed by Advanced Space, LLC, which claims that Boeing infringed on its patents related to the development of a lunar lander.
According to court documents, the magistrate judge allowed Advanced Space to take additional depositions from Boeing employees, but limited the number of witnesses the company could depose.
