Boeing Names Ryan L. Shedd as New Senior Vice President and Controller

Boeing has appointed Ryan L. Shedd as its new Senior Vice President and Controller, effective after the company files its annual report for the year ending December 31, 2026.

Shedd's appointment was approved by Boeing's Board of Directors on August 19, 2026. He will also serve as Boeing's principal accounting officer starting from the effective date of his appointment.

He brings nearly 20 years of experience from Ernst & Young LLP, where he has been an Assurance Partner since July 2021.

Cleary, who has held the position since March 2023, is set to retire in 2027 after over 20 years with Boeing.
