Boeing Opens Medical Clinic for Employees in Texas

Boeing has opened its own medical clinic at Port San Antonio in Texas. The 4,200-square-foot Crossover Health and Onsite Dental clinic provides low- or no-cost primary care services to Boeing employees.

Clinicians can refer patients to specialists for more important treatments. The clinic offers mental health support, physical therapy, chiropractic care, health coaching, and specialist referrals.

According to Dee Russell, a Boeing spokesperson, the clinic will reduce long-term healthcare costs and help manage health insurance expenses sustainably. It is staffed by six clinicians with two workers in clinical support roles and provides 140 visits per week.

The new clinic is in partnership with Crossover Health, which has seven clinics in Texas and more than a dozen across the country. The company's Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Stephen Ezeji-Okoye, said their care process focuses on providing holistic care beyond just treating diseases.
