Boeing Ordered to Face More Depositions in Moon Exploration IP Suit

A Washington federal magistrate judge has granted part of a Colorado aerospace company's request for more depositions in an intellectual property suit against Boeing over technology used in NASA's moon program.

The decision by Magistrate Judge Barbara D. Lynn comes after the company, which is not named, filed a motion to compel additional testimony from Boeing employees related to the technology at issue in the case.

Lynn partly granted the request, allowing for more depositions to proceed, but rejected broader requests for financial information and documents.
