Boeing Reinvests in CCSD Career Exploration Program
Boeing has renewed its $100,000 investment in Charleston County School District's (CCSD) career exploration program. This is the second consecutive year Boeing has supported the initiative.
The program provides middle and high school students with career exploration field trips and discovery camps focused on advanced manufacturing careers across the Charleston region.
During the 2025-26 school year, over 700 students from 16 CCSD middle and high schools participated in visits to local employers, including Boeing, Mercedes-Benz Vans, Cummins, and XscapeWorks.
School district officials said these experiences gave students firsthand exposure to manufacturing environments and helped them understand career opportunities available in the Lowcountry.
