Boeing Secures $31.5M Contract for P-8A Sustainment
Boeing Co. (NYSE:BA) has secured a $31.5 million contract modification to support the P-8A aircraft platform sustainment for the U.S. Navy and allied governments.
The Department of Defense announced that the modification exercises options for P-8A platform sustainment support, including maintenance and engineering investigations.
Work will be performed across multiple locations in the United States and abroad, with Jacksonville, Florida accounting for 25% and Whidbey Island, Washington accounting for 15%.
The contract modification was issued under a previously awarded basic ordering agreement by Naval Air Systems Command in Patuxent River, Maryland.
