Boeing Seeks to Block Deposition of Former Executive in 737 Lawsuit
Boeing has filed a motion to dismiss Norwegian Air subsidiaries' request to depose a former senior executive in a lawsuit over the purchase of 737 Max airplanes.
The company claims that it has no control over the executive, and that he would not have unique information relevant to the case anyway.
The motion was submitted to a Washington federal judge on August 27, 2026. Boeing is urging the court to toss out the request from Norwegian Air subsidiaries.
