Boeing Sees Reduced Stake from Verus Capital Partners Amid Positive Industry Developments

Verus Capital Partners LLC has decreased its stake in The Boeing Company (NYSE:BA) by selling 4,704 shares during the first quarter. According to a recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Verus Capital Partners' holdings in Boeing were worth $2,705,000 at the end of the most recent quarter. This represents a 25.7% decrease from their previous stake.

The institutional investor now owns 13,589 shares of the aircraft producer's stock, which is valued at approximately $2.7 million. Several other large investors have also recently bought and sold shares of BA, including Princeton Capital Management LLC and Rakuten Investment Management Inc.

A number of positive developments for Boeing have been reported in recent weeks. The company has offered a new contract to roughly 17,000 commercial-airplane engineers and technical workers, which could reduce the risk of another labor disruption affecting production and deliveries.
