Boeing delivered 53 jets in July, including 39 Boeing 737 MAX and 10 Boeing 787 aircraft. This brings the company's year-to-date deliveries to 367. In terms of bookings, Boeing received orders for 18 737 MAX, 19 787, and one 777X in July. However, the company also experienced eight cancellations of 737 MAX orders.

As part of its acquisition of Insitu, a drone unit owned by Boeing, Archer Aviation will receive a 19.75% stake in Boeing and a board seat. This move marks a significant shift in ownership for both companies.

Argus Research has set a price target of $265 per share for Boeing Company stock. Additionally, Boeing has signed offset agreements with partners to provide maintenance services for Poland's AH-64E Apache fleet, which may impact the company's defense service revenue and workload.
