Boeing Sees Spike in July Deliveries Amid Ongoing Industry Shifts
Boeing delivered 53 jets in July, including 39 Boeing 737 MAX and 10 Boeing 787 aircraft. This brings the company's year-to-date deliveries to 367. In terms of bookings, Boeing received orders for 18 737 MAX, 19 787, and one 777X in July. However, the company also experienced eight cancellations of 737 MAX orders.
As part of its acquisition of Insitu, a drone unit owned by Boeing, Archer Aviation will receive a 19.75% stake in Boeing and a board seat. This move marks a significant shift in ownership for both companies.
