Boeing Co.'s stock price has dipped below its recent peak as of August 18, 2026, following a stronger Q2 2026 revenue performance and a fresh $1.5 billion private-bond deal for its United Launch Alliance space joint venture.

The ULA bond expansion more than tripled in size to meet investor demand, with Boeing and Lockheed Martin's joint venture raising the funds to invest in rocket and infrastructure projects.

Boeing's Q2 2026 revenue grew by 8% year on year to $24.56 billion, exceeding analysts' consensus expectations by 1.7 percentage points, but the company significantly missed consensus estimates on earnings per share.

The stock price has been trading above its intrinsic value, estimated at $210.42 per share by the GF Value framework, with a current price of $223.06 on August 19, 2026 sitting 6% above that estimate.
