Boeing Surpasses $1 Million in Support for Veterans and First Responders
Boeing recently reaffirmed its commitment to supporting veterans and first responders through its partnership with the Adaptive Training Foundation (ATF). As part of this program, Boeing donated $150,000 to support 13 military veterans and first responders in the ATF's ReDefine program.
The ReDefine program is a 9-week intensive rehabilitation and resilience training program designed to help participants overcome traumatic injuries and rediscover their strength and purpose. This program has been instrumental in transforming the lives of many veteran athletes, allowing them to overcome any challenge set before them.
This donation pushes Boeing's total support for the ATF past $1 million, enabling the foundation to maintain free access to its programs for injured service members and first responders. According to Dan Winston, vice president and chief financial officer of Boeing Global Services and ATF board member, 'The Boeing Company is proud of its strong partnership with The Adaptive Training Foundation.'
David Vobora, founder of the ATF, added that 'Boeing isn't just an ATF partner, they're a catalyst. Their commitment to injured Veterans and first responders creates space for real healing in body, mind, and spirit.'
