Boeing Whistleblower's Mysterious Death Sparks New Investigation
In March 2024, Boeing whistleblower John Barnett was found dead in his truck at a hotel in Charleston, South Carolina.
Barnett's attorney Brian Knowles reported that Barnett had been scheduled to continue his deposition for a whistleblower retaliation lawsuit the next morning but failed to appear.
An investigation into Barnett's death ruled it a suicide, but Knowles and others have questioned this finding.
