Boeing Wins $131 Billion F-15 Contract Amid Stock Uptick

The Boeing Co. (NYSE:BA) stock gained during Tuesday's premarket session as broader market sentiment improved ahead of the opening bell.

Nasdaq futures rose 0.91%, while S&P 500 futures gained 0.45%.

The stock has pulled back from its late-summer high, and investors are now watching whether Boeing can revive its longer-term uptrend as momentum weakens.

Boeing shares have fallen 7.23% during the past 12 months, and recent trend improvements must produce lasting gains to satisfy investors.

Separately, Boeing has received a contract with a ceiling of $131.23 billion to support the U.S. military's F-15 fighter jet program.

The indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract covers aircraft production, systems integration, modernization, upgrades and retrofits, as well as sustainment work and development of military-run depot maintenance capabilities.
