Boeing Wins Partial Victory in IP Suit Over NASA Moon Program

A Washington federal judge has made a ruling in favor of Boeing in an intellectual property lawsuit filed by Wilson Aerospace LLC.

The suit accused Boeing of stealing patented technology for a NASA moon program, but the judge ordered the company to provide only some of the information requested by Wilson Aerospace.

The court's decision means that Boeing will not have to reveal all the details it has been seeking in relation to the case.
