A Colorado aerospace company's bid to conduct additional depositions in its lawsuit against Boeing Co. has been rejected by a Washington federal magistrate judge.

The company, which is accused of stealing patented technology for NASA's moon exploration program, was seeking to take more depositions in the case.

However, the judge ruled that no further depositions would be allowed, stating that the company cannot conduct additional depositions. The ruling comes after a previous request by Boeing for more time to respond to the deposition requests was denied.
