Boeing workers have rejected a contract offer from the aerospace company at a critical time for the firm.

The Daily Gazette reported that the rejection comes as Boeing struggles to recover from recent setbacks, including production delays and regulatory issues.

A spokesperson for the Machinists union, which represents Boeing's production and maintenance employees, said that the workers voted down the contract offer by a 'slight majority'.
