BofA Reaffirms 'Buy' on Apple Ahead of iPhone 18 Launch
BofA Securities has reaffirmed its 'Buy' rating on Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) ahead of the company's highly anticipated iPhone launch event.
The firm expects Apple to unveil three new iPhones, including the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max, which will retain their current display sizes but feature improved processors, larger batteries, and enhanced cameras.
The foldable iPhone Ultra is also expected to debut, boasting a book-style design with dual displays, an A20 Pro chip, and up to 2TB of storage.
BofA Securities notes that Apple could also launch new smart-home products, including the Apple Watch Series 12 and/or Ultra 4, as well as AirPods 5. The firm's analysts highlight App Store data as a positive factor in their 'Buy' rating, citing a modest 0.1% year-over-year growth in Q4 2026.
Citi has predicted that the foldable iPhone Ultra will have a starting price above $2,000, with the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max models priced approximately $200 more than their predecessors.
