BOK Financial Posts Strong Q2 Results with Net Income of $176.5 Million
BOK Financial, a financial services company, recently released its August 2026 investor presentation and reported its second-quarter (Q2) results. The company's net income for Q2 came in at $176.5 million, with diluted earnings per share (EPS) of $2.92. Excluding the Visa B share gain and securities repositioning, adjusted net income would be $156.5 million, or $2.59 per share.
During Q2, period-end loans grew by $896 million sequentially to reach $27.1 billion, representing an 11.5% year-over-year increase. The loan-to-deposit ratio stood at 68%. Assets under management or administration rose to $129.3 billion, with fiduciary assets totaling $78.9 billion.
BOK Financial's credit and capital metrics remained strong, with nonperforming assets accounting for just 0.20% of loans and an allowance for credit losses of $323 million (1.19%). The company's tangible common equity (TCE) ratio came in at 9.6%. These results were reported in the company's August 2026 investor presentation.
