Boozman Sells Home Depot Stock Amid Market Expectations
Senator John Boozman recently disclosed that he sold between $1,001 and $15,000 worth of Home Depot stock on July 9th. The sale was reported in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on August 17th.
This is not the only trade made by Senator Boozman in recent weeks. He also sold shares of Cboe Global Markets between $1,001 and $15,000 on July 31st, purchased PayPal stock for a similar amount on July 30th, and sold JPMorgan Chase & Co. stock for $1,001 to $15,000 on July 23rd.
On the other hand, Senator Boozman did purchase shares of State Street SPDR Portfolio S&P 500 ETF, Aptiv, and abrdn Physical Palladium Shares ETF in July, as well as iShares Expanded Tech-Software Sector ETF in June. He also bought Chevron stock on July 2nd.
