Boozman Unloads TRV Shares Amid Earnings Beat

Senator John Boozman (Republican-Arkansas) recently disclosed that he sold between $1,001 and $15,000 in shares of The Travelers Companies, Inc. NYSE: TRV on July 2nd.

The sale comes after the company reported a 10% surge in stock price following its quarterly earnings release on July 17th, which beat analyst estimates with $10.04 EPS and $12.15 billion revenue.

Boozman also made several other trades, including selling shares of Cboe Global Markets BATS: CBOE on July 31st, purchasing shares of PayPal NASDAQ: PYPL on July 30th, and buying shares of State Street SPDR Portfolio S&P 500 ETF NYSEARCA: SPYM on July 23rd.
