Royal London Asset Management Property has submitted plans for a major £340m industrial and logistics development at Northampton's Brackmills Industrial Estate.

The proposed project, known as Brackmills Logistics Park, will cover a 54-acre site acquired from Coca-Cola in September 2025. According to the outline application, up to 1.26 million sq ft of industrial and distribution space could be built at the site.

This development has significant potential for Northampton's economy, as it could provide much-needed new industrial space in the area. With the rise of e-commerce and online shopping, companies are increasingly seeking large-scale logistics facilities to store and distribute their products.

The project is expected to bring substantial investment to the region, creating jobs and stimulating local economic growth.
