Brady Acquires Honeywell's PSS Business for $1.4 Billion

Brady Corporation has completed its acquisition of Honeywell's Productivity Solutions and Services business for $1.4 billion, marking a significant expansion of the company's capabilities and market access.

The transaction establishes Brady as a leading provider of identification, safety, and productivity solutions, with a comprehensive portfolio that includes mobile computing, scanning, RFID, and workflow software.

Brady expects the acquisition to contribute approximately $0.80 of incremental Adjusted Diluted Earnings Per Share within the first year following the close of the transaction.
