Brady Acquires Honeywell's PSS Business in $1.4 Billion Deal

Brady Corporation has completed its acquisition of Honeywell's Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) business for $1.4 billion in an all-cash deal, funded with cash on hand, a senior unsecured credit facility, and private placement debt.

The PSS business generated approximately $1.1 billion in sales last year, expanding Brady's capabilities across identification, safety, connectivity, and intelligent workflow solutions.

With the acquisition, Brady will be operated with two reportable segments: Identification Solutions and Intelligent Productivity Solutions, which includes the former PSS business.
