Brady Posts Record Earnings, Eyes Mid-Single Digit Growth in Fiscal 2027
Brady Corporation's Q4 F'26 earnings report revealed record-breaking financials, setting the stage for ambitious growth in fiscal 2027. The industrial identification and safety solutions company posted $437 million in total sales, a 10% increase from the prior year period.
This includes an 8.4% boost in organic growth, with wire identification products emerging as a key driver of sales, particularly in the Americas & Asia region. Printer unit sales grew by 25%, contributing to a gross profit margin expansion of 2.9 percentage points to 52.9%.
For the full fiscal year, adjusted diluted earnings per share reached $5.29, a 15% increase from fiscal 2025. The company's strong cash flow generation and capital allocation strategy have also provided significant financial flexibility, with a net cash position of $172.2 million at the end of fiscal 2026.
Looking ahead to fiscal 2027, Brady expects adjusted diluted EPS of $6.25 to $6.75, representing an increase of 18.1% to 27.6% compared to fiscal 2026. The company's recent acquisition of Honeywell's productivity solutions business is expected to contribute approximately $0.80 in accretion.
