This marks Brady's sixth consecutive record-breaking year, according to the SEC filing. Adjusted diluted earnings per share climbed 17.5% to $1.48, driven by 10% year-on-year sales growth in the fourth quarter to $436.9m.

The acquisition of Honeywell's Productivity Solutions and Services business for $1.4bn has reshaped Brady's business. The company will now report two segments: legacy Identification Solutions and Intelligent Productivity Solutions (IPS), which generated approximately $436.9m in its first quarter as a standalone unit.
