Bronx Man Accused of Credit Card Fraud in NJ Home Depot Incident

A credit card fraud investigation in Stafford Township, New Jersey has led to an arrest warrant for a Bronx man. Joseph Diaz-Herra, 20, is accused of using a victim's credit card information to buy $973 worth of flooring products at Home Depot on April 8.

According to the police department, the case began after someone manually entered the victim's credit card details to make the purchase. The investigation was handled by the Stafford Township Police Department Detective Bureau, led by Detective Zac Halliday.

Diaz-Herra is charged with several crimes related to the incident, including third-degree knowingly exhibiting a false government-issued driver's license or other identification and fourth-degree credit card theft.
